Privacypolicy

MegaWorks Building Maintenance is a trading name of Purifiers Cleaning Services Ltd. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

• Quote and contact requests. When you submit the quote form, call, or email us, we receive the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, the site or building location, a target date, and any notes.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps) to keep the site secure and reliable. We also use our hosting provider’s privacy-friendly analytics, which counts page views and visits without setting cookies and without following you across other websites. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare a scope and quote, and schedule work.
• To keep records of the services we provide to you, including invoices and safety documentation.
• To maintain the security of the website and our systems.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your details for marketing lists or newsletters.

How the quote form works

Depending on how the site is configured, the quote form either opens your own email application with the request pre-filled (in which case nothing is sent until you press send in your email app), or sends the request directly to our office inbox through a form delivery service acting on our behalf. In both cases, the information goes to our office and is not shared with anyone else.

Who we share it with

Only the people at MegaWorks who need it to quote or deliver the work, and service providers who host our website, email and business systems. Those providers are bound to protect the information and to use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Records tied to work we performed are kept as long as we need them for accounting, insurance and legal purposes, and then destroyed.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Email info@purifierscleaningservices.com or call 778-956-9303. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS with strict security headers, and the quote form includes protections against automated abuse. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so if you prefer, call us instead of sending details online.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
