Information on this site

Service descriptions, areas served and company information are provided for general guidance and are updated from time to time. They are not an offer. Every job is scoped individually and confirmed in a written quote.

Quotes and starting rates

• A request submitted through the quote form is an enquiry, not a booking. Work is confirmed only when we send you a written quote and you accept it.
• Hourly rates shown for construction labour on demand are starting rates: the lowest rate for that skill on a day shift in the Lower Mainland, per worker. What raises a booking above the starting rate is listed beside the rate card. Your confirmed rate depends on the site, shift, duration and scope, and is stated in your quote.
• Unless a quote says otherwise, prices exclude GST, and labour bookings carry a minimum number of hours shown on the rate card.

Client names

Companies named on this site are clients we have performed work for. Their names are used to describe our experience and do not imply endorsement of this website.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or automated enquiries, attempt to interfere with the site or its hosting, or copy the site's content for commercial use without permission.

Intellectual property

The MegaWorks name, mark and site content belong to Purifiers Cleaning Services Ltd. You may view and print pages for your own reference.

Third-party software

The site uses a few small open-source libraries for animation and the 3D drawing on the home page. They are served from this domain, not from a third-party network, and no third party receives your data when you browse the site.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's content or from interruptions to it. Our obligations for services we perform are set out in the written quote and agreement for that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
